Terms and Conditions

 The Buyer acknowledges a non-refundable deposit is required and applicable to the total purchase price. The Manufacturer will commence design and production after receipt of the non-refundable deposit. The deposit is non-refundable in situations including, but not limited to, Buyer change of mind. If the Buyer wishes to cancel the contract for any reason, after design and production has commenced, the deposit shall remain the property of the Manufacturer.
